The Repair Department handles warranty and non-warranty repairs of most brands of photographic equipment. We try to support most equipment in our in-house facility, although some repairs are sent to the original manufacturer, or authorized repair station. Most repairs are completed within 30-90 days.  Manufacturers require proof of purchase to obtain warranty repair work. Please bring this paperwork with your equipment in order to expedite the repair.

Digital SLR Cleaning:

Our Repair Department now cleans most digital SLR sensors. This cleaning can eliminate almost all of your dust spot problems quickly and inexpensively.

Our standard repair procedure is as follows:

we take in your equipment in , there is a $20 estimate fee for most equipment , video cameras are $30.  Our technician does estimates on Friday, we then contact you within 7-10 business days with an estimate. If our technician can not repair your equipment in house we will send it out to the manufacturer or authorized repair station. Once we have an estimate for you we will cal you with an approval or a cancellation. If you cancel the estimate he deposit is forfeited.  If you approve the estimate, your deposit is credited to your repair cost.
